Yesterday we were with 10 work colleagues for dinner and a cozy get-together. The reception and subsequent service was very friendly and quick, although the restaurant was well attended. The portions were really big, freshly prepared and very tasty! A surprise when paying: only in cash. I was offered to transfer the bill. Just because! I call that trust! Of course I transferred it the next day. Conclusion: staff great, food fresh and very cheap, no fancy! What more do you want ? We will be back !!!

Totally fat food. Huge portions. Quantity instead of quality! You can't even sit inside because you have to put your clothes in the washing machine immediately after your stay. Such huge portions can only mean the worst factory farming. A lot, fat and cheap.

Today for Sunday there was down-to-earth and very good cuisine. Fortunately we made a reservation, every place was occupied at 12:00. I am always amazed at how quickly the food arrives on the table despite the large crowds. Staff: Friendly, courteous, loving, family Eat: Price performance is amazing! Home-style food for a relatively small price. Top food and quality. Location: Rustic ambience, timely but familiar. Price: Top! Conclusion: Perfect food! Been there many times and always happy to be there again! Please reserve in advance, spontaneous dining can be difficult there.

We came to this German restaurant through recommendations. You have to reserve !!! The service was very nice and polite. We were served quickly. We had 8 large colas, 2 normal schnitzel, 1x grill plate for two people, 1x extra cream sauce and two extra side dishes (you wouldn't have needed them but the eyes were bigger ... :-) The portions are already big. We paid € 63 for everything. Price performance is 100% right here. It was all delicious. And the starter salad ... hmmmm. Great. I recommend everyone to eat there. We will be back!

Going there each time I fly out of Frankfurt, Staff very nice food excellent order the seniors portion otherwise to much food. Never had a bad meal and lunch sets for6 euro with soup you can't beat that.

Food was good, nice sized portions and plenty of selections on the menu. Location was fairly convenient to the city, nice outside seating. Waitress was friendly, one spoke English one didn't to much.

A typical German restaurant with excellent food, particularly the white asparagus (Spargel), which is a local delicacy. When we lived in Germany we would practically live there during Spargel season; now we set our Summer trip to Europe to coincide with it! Eric Robinson, North Carolina.

This is a great restaurant. Spargel is the best in town & very reasonably priced. Always take out of country visitors here. Tasty German food at a great price. A big favorite with the locals too.
